Dr. Rene Williamson, PhD

Dr Rene Williamson is a Biomedical Engineering professional and Management Consultant with over 15 years experience in teaching and research at leading academic institutions. Dr Williamson is a Principal at BHA where he has overall responsibility of managing a portfolio of clients in technology, biotechnology, medical technology and healthcare (USD$200M). Dr Williamson is an accomplished scientist who work has been published in several peer-reviewed journals. Dr Williamson hold degrees in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering from Cambridge and Yale and he did postdoctoral work at NYU.
Dr. Roger Mason, MD

Dr. Roger Alan Mason is a double board-certified general and vascular surgeon with over 35 years of experience serving over 15,000 patients throughout the course of his career. Dr. Mason is the CEO and Founder of Caribbean Arts, a healthcare consulting firm. He holds a B.A. from Yale College and an M.D. from the Yale School of Medicine. He completed his surgical residency and a vascular surgery fellowship with Dr Michael DeBakey, one of the pioneers of Vascular Surgery.
Tom O’Hara

Thomas O’Hara is a global healthcare executive with expertise in innovative health care arrangements, international hospitals, surgery benefit management, medical travel, healthcare consulting, and corporate benefits. Tom has also been involved with setting up a network of hospitals that can serve as medical tourism locations for patients covered under insurance plans as well as corporate benefit plans.
Tom is the CEO and founder of Surgical Trip LLC, an international healthcare services company, and has over 20 years of experience working with both large and small employers. Tom has an MBA in Finance.
Samantha Gooden, EMBA
Marketing Director
Samantha Gooden is a marketing executive with over 15 years of experience. Most recently, she was the Regional Director of Marketing and Branding for LIME, the largest telecommunications company in the Caribbean, over $5B found market cap. Samantha was responsible for the rollout of the new branding from LIME to Flow, following the acquisition by Liberty Media in 2015. Samantha holds an M.B.A. in strategy and a project management certificate.
Biotechnology and Inovation
Dr. Markman, Head of the GMCE Haifa life sciences innovation hub, is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience serving as CEO or CTO for several companies in the biotechnology, technology, and food technology space. He has funded compainies that raised  venture capital financing and have had various successful exits, including some companies that remain private and others that have had an IPO. Most notably he was a founding partner of Procognia that has raised big investments and went public in 2007. Dr. Markman holds a PhD in Chemistry from Boston College, and worked with Novel Laureate Ada Yonath for his Master’s Degree.
