Global Medical Centers of Excellence Inc. (GMCE) is a US-based healthcare management and developmen1t company. Through its multifaceted team of individuals and partners, it provides expertise for the development of a healthcare ecosystem including planning, design, development, delivery, education, research, marketing, and management of healthcare and biotechnology projects.

GMCE has developed a conceptual plan for a Medical City (to be customized for Uganda) that features a state-of-the-art Specialty Surgical Hospital, Medical School, nursing school, advanced imaging center, and facilities for biomedical research and innovation. The hospital is designed to attract medical tourists from across Africa while delivering high quality care at cost effective rates fornationals.

MODE OF OPERATION
GMCE works with local country partners that provide on-the-ground intelligence, operational support, local expertise, and government and community relationships. This provides a sound base for GMCE to implement all aspects of the project bringing expertise to supplement local resources where needed for a successful solution. The final product is a customized solution fits the local culture, needs, and environment, complementing local expertise and capabilities.

The GMCE team and its partners bring years of healthcare and biotechnology experience in all aspects of the project planning, design, development, and management. As such, GMCE augments local expertise with the healthcare strategy and project management for the development of the medical city as well as ongoing management, marketing, and operational support once the medical city is functioning.
